How To Apply UP Home Guard Recruitment 2025 OTR Form

  • Visit the Official Portal: Go to the official UPPBPB website at https://uppbpb.gov.in/ or the direct recruitment portal at https://apply.upprpb.in/.

  • Click “Register Here”: On the homepage, find and click the “Register Here” or “New Registration” link to start the process.

  • Provide Contact details: Enter your valid and active email ID and mobile number. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to both for verification.

  • Verify OTP: Enter the received OTPs to verify your email and mobile number details.

  • Verify Identity: Verify your identity using one of the given options: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, or a DigiLocker-linked document.

  • Fill Personal Details: Enter your personal information exactly as it appears on your Class 10th certificate, including your name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, and gender.

  • Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size photograph and your scanned signature (in JPG format, size 10-20 KB). Also upload your educational and category/disability certificates if applicable.

  • Review and Submit: Carefully review all the entered information. Once submitted, some details (like mobile number, email, home state) cannot be changed.

  • Save OTR ID: Upon successful registration, a unique OTR ID will be generated. Save this ID for all future application processes for any UP Police vacancies.
